Corner TV Cabinet

My daughter needed a cabinet for her new TV, but it needed to fit in the corner of the room, so I came up with a six-sided design.

It is built of Red Oak, 41" wide, 20" deep, and 24 1/2" high. The two drawer boxes are 1/2" hard maple with machine cut dovetails and full extension slides.

Due to the shape of the carcase, I had room in the back to tuck a power strip/surge suppressor so all of the cords and cables are concealed inside the cabinet.

The finish is 2 coats of Danish Oil, followed by 5 coats of poly.

Looks great, well done!

That’s a nice cabinet. Well done you for finding a good way to manage that corner thing. It’s difficult to manage space, you did a great job. Oh, and “yeah!” on the cable management…I hate cables.
