Jewelry Box

The jewelry box is based on a design first posted by SPalm (http://lumberjocks.com/projects/57088). I modified the design in several ways. First, I increased the size to 12″ × 6″ × 6 1/2" , increased the number of pivoting drawers to six, each with a magnet to insure firm closure and added a bottom tray. I also added two maple leaf inlays on the top of the cover.

Nice one Roger. Those cane levered drawers are fun to make aren’t they? This is a very nice piece of work. You should be pleased. The maple leaves really add an exclamation point …….. !
