Shadow box.

I was given a fan of Black Coral by a sailing friend. Black Coral is rare and only found at depth.
We had some bamboo left over from a bathroom remodel. That was used for the box. The back is 1/4" painted plywood and fixed in place. The glass slides in from the top. The fan is attached with red wire ties of all things. Finished with clear lacquer from a rattle can.

  1. Shadows turned on.
#2-4 taken with flash. Therefore not shadows.

By the way bamboo is great stuff to work with.
