This 320 mm in diameter bowl was 30 mm thick flat blank that I cut into 3 rings at 45 degrees by using very thin parting tool and then I glued them on the top of each other and produced 90 mm deep bowl. By this method you save timber and hollowing and shaping work. After all it was an enjoyable challenge. Photo #3 is showing the bowl upside down.
